We aren't just another recruitment company which bombards clients with CVs and then pesters them to recruit from a narrow selection.  Nor do we ask for a binding commitment up front before we even start any assignment. WE ARE DIFFERENT ! Neither are we just another training provider who aims to get "bums on seats" for standard off the shelf training courses of little long term value. WE ARE DIFFERENT ! We sit down with you and discuss what you want from recruitment and development.  We listen to your needs, your problems, your aims and objectives and then only when we both understand your needs do we then start to plan what can be delivered. Our terms and conditions (and costs) are discussed and agreed up front so there are no nasty surprises further down the line.
